Ann Kleynhans
Ann Kleynhans is a respected South African entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business leader with more than three decades of experience in information technology, infrastructure development, property, agriculture, and social impact. As the Founder of CEOS Technologies (1998) and Co-Founder of CEOS Holdings Group (2004), she has led major projects across healthcare infrastructure, security systems, and property development while building businesses focused on long-term sustainability and innovation.
Beyond business, Ann is the Founder and President of Unite As One Empowerment, an international movement established in 2019 to develop and empower young people through entrepreneurship, leadership, and community development. She is also passionate about agriculture and environmental sustainability, serving as a qualified beekeeper who mentors women and youth through hive development initiatives.
Her leadership has earned widespread recognition, including awards such as GovTech ICT Business Woman of the Year, Most Influential Woman in ICT across Africa, SADC and South Africa, International Business Enterprise Woman in Rome, and Most Motivated IT Solutions Business Leader.

Professor McEdward Murimbika
Professor McEdward Murimbika is one of Africa’s foremost experts on entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture development. He is the Founding Director of the Wits Crucible Centre for Entrepreneurship at Wits Business School, where he leads one of the continent’s leading platforms for entrepreneurial growth, innovation, and business development.
With more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, strategist, consultant, academic, and business leader, Professor Murimbika has founded, advised, and supported businesses across multiple industries while mentoring entrepreneurs throughout Africa. Holding dual PhDs in Management and Archaeology, he combines academic excellence with practical business experience to help organisations and entrepreneurs navigate rapidly changing markets.
His work focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, strategic management, venture growth, future economies, and inclusive economic development. He has collaborated with international organisations including the World Economic Forum, the World Bank, and UNESCO-related initiatives, contributing to entrepreneurship programmes and policy development across Africa.

Faith Mangope
Faith Mangope is an internationally acclaimed broadcaster, entrepreneur, technologist, and philanthropist whose work is transforming Africa’s digital future. As the host of Metro FM Talk, South Africa’s largest commercial radio programme, she reaches millions of listeners while leading important conversations on business, leadership, governance, and economic development.
Faith is also the Founder of the Faith Mangope Technology and Leadership Institute (FMTALI), an organisation dedicated to equipping young people with critical digital skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, software development, cloud computing, data analytics, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Through its unique “train, place, and change lives” model, the institute empowers young people from disadvantaged communities and connects graduates directly with employment opportunities.
